Twinkle Moon

This design is a teeth whitening center. The original layout was long and only receives natural lighting on one side. In response to the long and narrow nature of the space, this design segmentizes the space based on functionality and traffic flow, so that the service process and privacy offered by the facility can be optimized and maximized. Furthermore, the brand image is seamlessly incorporated into the layout, functionality, and aesthetics, thus creating an immersive treatment experience.





- Layout -

while through a two-phased entry and raised floor design, the entrance, reception counter, and treatment booths are divided into three open and separate areas.

Inspired by the moon’s different phases, the design connects the public and private areas’ layout and traffic flows with smooth curves, creating a complementary pattern between the individual booths and the external corridor.



- Design Aesthetics -

The designer was inspired by the moon’s different phases, and used a pure, warm apricot white is used as the theme color to present different moon shapes, such as the full moon, waxing gibbous moon, and the crescent moon into flowing arcs and curves, this design does away with conventional partitions and compartments to create a secure, private environment.



On the other hand, through an indirect yet open traffic flow design, the line of sight is adequately obstructed. With different forms of lighting, such as streamlines, strips, and lights that cause a vignette effect, combined with glossy metal textures, this design also imbues the space with an elegant, refined aesthetic impression.
