C&D Jiangyingyue·Yiwu

The project is located in Fotang Town, Yiwu. The design concept of the demonstration area is taken from the Tang Dynasty poet Li Qunyu's “Encountering Autumn at Dongting Lake” : “The cool waves swaying the light boat, the moon in the lake arising from the far blue”, meaning that the moonlight is like water. The design uses the three elements of “mountain, curve and water” to interpret the soul of the landscape as “the unity of heaven and man”. The layout of the entire space is designed in the form of three courtyards on one axis.

The First Entrance - The Boya Gate: "Ascent to the stage and entrance to the house, the gate of etiquette". From the beginning of the car park space, it simulates the scene from Tao Yuanming's "The Garden of Peach Blossoms". The wooded driveway is approximately 170 meters long and is flanked by sparsely wooded grass slopes. After parking, the view opens up. In the center of the royal road of the Boya Gate is placed a custom-made landscape sculpture representing Yiwu culture.

The Second Entrance - The Day Pavilion: “a place where you can lie down on a rock and invite guests, and where you can clear your mind”. The main element of the Hall is the pavilion. The four water returns to the hall, meaning that under the patio and above the four eaves, the water falls in layers and gathers in the garden.

The Third Entrance - Hanbi Garden: "a poetic landscape, a realm without self". The main element of the garden is water. The word "Hanbi" is taken from Zhu Xi's words of the Song Dynasty: "In the water, there is the reflection of the turquoise trees, the color of which has turned red".
