Poly & Shun Feng Bunlos Secret Land

The project land is located at the south end of Hailing Island, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, with the bay in the south and the hills in the north. The natural environment is beautiful, just like the Xanadu of Yangjiang. Therefore, the concept of Bunlos Secret Land is "respecting nature and creating pastoral life". The design focuses on the natural relationship between the "mountain" and the "sea" in the site, and adopts the layout strategy of high north and low south. High-rise buildings in a semi-enclosed form back to the mountains around the water, embrace the bay. The low-rise villas are designed in the form of enclosed courtyards, combined with the roof greening to create an idyllic overall mechanism. Combined with the terrain, the club extends along the central axis to the sea, forming an overall viewing experience of free walking.
