Jiangyin Tianyu Bay Residential Prototype Room

Jiangyin Tianyu Bay Residential Prototype Room is a joint project of two listed groups, C&D Group and Gemdale Group. This project is a Chinese low-density courtyard villa in the core of the Bay, with the backdrop of the mountain and water, and is dedicated to the treasures of the Bay. The project is a collection of the essence of Jiangyin Garden and the concept of new Chinese craftsmanship, creating a contemporary landscape garden. The residential project is located in the heart of the bay, enjoying the landscape and the surrounding schools, hospitals and commercial facilities, and the ecological core of the bay is rich in resources.

In the five thousand years of Chinese civilisation, landscape is the most creative and vital aesthetic gene, and poetry, painting and gardens all live in symbiosis with landscape. The Chinese have an endless story to tell about the landscape. The designers have taken Jiangyin's millennium-old cultural heritage and elegant prosperity, and used the traditional Chinese poetic colour, tile pine green, as the main colour, combined with contemporary design techniques to create a new, diverse and balanced modern oriental style.

The space is completely devoid of Chinese symbols, but still gives a sense of the ubiquitous oriental aura, which, combined with the western design presentation, creates a unique oriental poetic realm in contemporary design.
