Sophisticated Warmth

As walking in the door, gorgeous multi-color hexagon porcelain tiles and elegant Terrazzo floors spread out in the entryway. With the oval-shaped screen divider, the American vintage vibe reveals strikingly. Enter the living room; the warm lighting complements diverse elements such as steady dark stones, chic gray hue, balmy timbers, and refined brass embellishments, glamorously performing a modern affordable luxury style.



We adopt an open plan and utilize transparent glass to create a spacious public area to achieve the homeowners' expectations of unwinding and interacting freely amid this vacation home. Beside the entryway, we build a multi-functional home bar to serve cooking purposes for the lady owner. And then set up a tranquil study room behind the living room to serve as the host’s workspace. Consequently, they can enjoy peaceful times in their fond places and care for each other within the exquisite home.



Displaying the sense and sensibility of the owner couples’ characters, we paved the mudroom with a zigzag pattern patching warm-colored tiles and Terrazzo floors. The clever approach merged the two different features and modified them into a nifty work. Along the hallway, we finished the wall with the same materials to lead to the guest bathroom. The accent TV wall was composed of overlapping black and white marble. The gentle white marble stands for feminine quality, and the sober black marble shows a firm manly attitude to the contrary. Rich textures and colors of the materials integrate the householders' personalities and charmingly shape a unique vibe.



Based on the primary neutral gray scheme, diverse materials such as stone, black hardware, metallic trim, and clear glass cooperate to form a minimalist modern look. The wood-covered column makes concert with titanium-plated glass partition and glowing brass wall sconce behind the sofa. Timber texture and gleaming reflections create an understated affordable luxury appearance.
