Longfor Binjiang Paradise Walk is an international shopping mall integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment and catering, which is a one-stop experience for all family members. The commercial roof garden on the 6th floor is full of electrical and mechanical installations, piping works, and drainage ditches resulting in many fragmented commercial platforms with limited usage.

According to the customer group research provided by the client, the growth of the post-90s generation will become the main consumer. The fragmented memory and scenes of the internet have deeply affected their demand for consumption. In-depth self and situational scenes are better than symbolic presentations, and they prefer a more distinctive consumption experience. Commercial real estate may usher in the revolution of the IP scene. The characteristic scenes formed by IP and cross-border diversity are full of contradictions and conflicts. They are unique and of great value, or they will become the direction of innovation and transformation of shopping centers!

Based on these, five main thematic zones were created, namely “Soho Street”, “Rucker Park”, “Graffiti Art District”, “Tree Hole Paradise” and “Sky Farm”, based on the post-90s customer group. Fragmented, contextualized, and uniquely exclusive "spatial IP" covers street culture, sports, and social interaction, forming art, vitality and historical imprints, providing shopping malls with unique and highly valuable connotations, a discussion on a new direction of change! Through the interaction of light and shadow, create a richer interactive experience for the art district.

The designers are committed to creating an art district where those young artists can bring immeasurable vitality to the local neighborhood, and to making a place which is at the heart of travelers' deep exploration of the soul of a city.
