The Central Manor

Chongqing is a unique city with a lot of mountains. Also, people live in these mountains. Lush trees permeate into different corners of the city, thus forming a variety of urban mountains wrapped by light and shadow. "City of Mountain", "Magic", "RuneScape" and "City of Fog" -- fanciful words could be used to describe the texture of Chongqing, behind which is something more related to the essence of life. That’s also the meaning of design.



The essence of design is inseparable from the inquiry of life. When gradually lost in the jungle of armored concrete, we can not help but ask, where is the real ideal life?



The Central Manor is located in the north of Chongqing Central Park, surrounded by lakes and green trees. With the undulating topography, the terrain is concave towards the lake. When entering the building, the viewer can experience the fun of splashing in the mountain. All these make us consider beyond the project -- in such a place with an abundant natural landscape, the rhythm of life could be suspended and plenty of anecdotes happened here.
