Indulge in a minimalistic yet inviting design, where every detail has been carefully considered to evoke a hotel-like ambiance that is both simple and warm. Color:

The unit boasts a crisp white foundation that is complemented by subtle pops of light green on the living and dining room walls, adding depth and dimension to the overall design. Let the colors alternate flawlessly, creating a cohesive and visually comforting environment.



Materials:

Elevate your living experience with the perfect fusion of natural warmth and refined elegance. The balcony is crafted using outdoor wood flooring, adding a touch of comfort and serenity to your outdoor space. Inside, the unit boasts light-colored solid wood flooring in a playful herringbone pattern, bringing vitality and warmth into every room. The en-suite bathroom door is designed with Aquatex glass, reflecting and scattering light to create a master bedroom that exudes luxury and refinement.

The built-in cabinets in the living room and study room are finished with durable, light wood-colored boarding, adding a sense of leisure and relaxation. The foyer is transformed with its grey brick floor, which not only adds a visually striking layer to the space but also makes cleaning a breeze. The master toilet boasts a white marble wash basin, infusing luxury and refinement. The bathtub is designed with a waterfall faucet and textured wall materials, creating a corner of spa-like luxury in your very own quarters.
