The project is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Xiandong Road and Xiangu Road in the 02 neighborhood of Liuxiandong Headquarters Base in Xili, Nanshan District. Total land area: 5617.19㎡, total building area 84370㎡, FAR 11. The functions include 61,240㎡ for R&D, 100㎡ for canteen, 130㎡ for property service, 250㎡ for garbage transfer station, and 60㎡ for recycling point of renewable resources. Building height ≤ 120m.
The design proposes the concept of 3.0 corporate office headquarters: efficient, flexible, and organic; the interior not only meets the functional characteristics of scientific research office buildings, but also creates a new healthy office environment with multiple vitality and humanistic care; the exterior reflects the friendly interaction with the city and its own stable and innovative buildings image.
The design comprehensively considers the surrounding conditions: the west, north, and south sides are surrounded by super high-rise buildings, while the east side is Liuxiandong Mountain Park, which has a good view of the landscape and is also an important interface for the external display window of the corporate headquarters. The design strengthens the dialogue between the building and the east side, and uses the concept of "screen of the city, window of the enterprise" to reflect the good interaction between the building and the environment on the east side and the image window for external display.
