The event aims to promote local cultural characteristics and advocate for diversity and sustainability. Many people associate museums with preserving precious artifacts in glass cases for people to admire, but in fact, cultural relics and historic sites can be better understood and appreciated through actual visits and tactile experiences. This event is curated by walking into settlements, showcasing the changes and characteristics of Hakka villages in southern Taiwan over the past three hundred years. The rustic kitchens that have now become historical relics bear the marks of time that museums cannot perfectly preserve. Along with stories that illustrate local historical features, it can further stimulate resonance in the hearts of participants.
