This Project is the community commercial neighborhood center of Begonia Park, with an above-ground building area of about 30,000.00m2. Its functions include retail business, life supermarket, catering leisure, health and beauty, education, property management, administrative office and others.

The Project is committed to shaping the “high-quality community life supporting center”. It is designed by giving full consideration to the city style, humanistic care and the spirit of the times, to reconstruct the life scene of social interaction and communication, and to create a community-centered commercial project!

The design features the core concepts of “ecology, vitality and openness” to organize the diversity of functions and form a set of natural symbiotic spatial scenes. Meanwhile, it seeks to create an open yet warm “green island living place” through the value targets of “open green island concept”, “landscape city place” and “urban living room”, to explore a new community lifestyle!

By fully understanding and exploring the needs of the people, we strive to create an all-dimensional product experience. The building form is combined with the overhead atrium and introduces the open and shared green island space, which outlines a light and fashionable façade for the city; the streamline organization combines three-dimensional rich social space to provide people with vivid life scenes; the internal functional space is orderly developed around the lighting atrium to create its wonderful functional experience! We want a neighborhood commerce that is relaxed, casual and full of a sense of belonging! We also hope to make the building space a social lifestyle to revitalize wonderful life of the city.
