As algorism reshape our live through telecommunication, software, even artificial intelligence. How we refine our design? How we can cooperate scripts into the design process thus create space with logical system thinking meanwhile not losing the sensitivity and atheistic of humanity? This project is a test of script thinking and design.

The project is aiming to introduce a parametrical thinking as a design solution to create workspace in the nontemperate world. Circulation in an office is often not strictly defined. It allows more flexibility for designers to insert function areas into the design and generate possibilities.

The project imposes a path in to the system and using that as a frame to define space with in the zones that it cut out from the context. The path would become boundary of spaces, it also could be part of different functioning space. With intersections, more accessibility is provided. As it branching out to different directions, nodes are connected with each other. Elevation change is part of the path character, it raises up or drop down. Create layers and vertical connections. Elevation change become a tool to define individual working space and collaborate working space and let creativity took parts on the connections.

With the basic logic of connection, the project using grasshopper plugin, WASP, as a tool to build a scrip as the connection rule, defining different workspace as units, and chain the units with the rule with certain design considerations as parameter, thus come out options of aggregation as design proposal.

We believe designer’s thinking is the core of design no matter how word maybe shaped by ongoing artificial intelligence, thus, with the design thinking as core rule, this project is a test field of using coding as tool to facility design rather then replacing.
