Zhongjiao·FengMingDongFang is located in Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, bordering Liuyang River in the east, and is the core area of the new city. Zhongjiao Changsha starts from the FengMingJiuZhang, and is going to the FengMingDongFang now. It inherits the strength of character, and rejuvenates new urban living which puts people first. It puts forward the design concept of ”light life in the future in the east”, with a minimalist modern style, a new artistic conception of human culture engraved with modern aesthetic taste, and leads the aesthetic appreciation in the future in the east of Changsha.

After entering the reception hall, the interior of the space uses overlapping and sequential techniques to create a sense of extension, which continues the interest in the outdoor water garden. Combined with vitality and reality, the rhythm of closing and opening runs through the whole space. It seems that there is an oriental artistic conception of "the shadow of flowers moves the wall, the peaks and hills act as windows, as if painting and life is interesting in silence".

Following the light, visitors enter the architecture model area through the reception area. The eight partitions on the central axis weaken the structural columns visually and create a virtual reality. In that way, the transition of space becomes more natural and flexible.

The expression of mood is particularly important in Chinese culture. Water represents cleanness, which can make the mind pure and natural. Here, the designer hopes to introduce the ethereal environment of "listening to the falling waterfall" into the interior and fully use the methods of borrowing from afar, neighbouring, and borrowing in response to the times. A space dialogue is formed by the transparent, and the vague boundary shape becomes a hazy poetic experience.

In the children's area, visitors can feel the changes of the four seasons indoors, and the green plants are arranged according to seasonal or marketing activities. At the same time, it also expressed people's need for natural ecology in space and their yearning for green health in the "post-epidemic era".
