Capital-Tianyue Jialing

The design closely revolves around the "value mining" as the core of the scarce riverside resources and makes good use of the river landscape resources. The design consciously introduces a stream into the interior of the site, and uses the form of interior landscaping to realize the depth pursuit of the extended site to the river view. With the three acts of Jialing as the prelude, the Jialing River view is introduced into the design life to feel the harmonious scene of water and sky. Inside and outside the landscape, art and life collide here. People's longing for life along the river bank and owners' demands for the project perfectly coexist here.

On the two rivers and four banks of the Jialing River, Tianyue Jialing faces the river. However, the river surface of the site is relatively narrow, and the river view resources are limited. The design consciously introduces a stream into the interior of the site, and uses the form of internal landscape construction to expand the site to explore the depth of the river view, just like a concept of "facing the Jialing River, like touring in the upper reaches of the river". River view is an increasingly scarce urban core resource. With the idea of "tracing the source of Jialing, landscape and dream", the shape, meaning and feeling of Jialing River are integrated into the site through the technique of landscape design, forming the combination of tangible Jialing and invisible Jialing, and reconstructing the ideal life of ideal riverside living.
