2022 Changhua Walking Arts Festival -Changhua Art Realm

To celebrate the 300th anniversary of Changhua County, the Changhua County Government has invited well-known artists from both Taiwan and abroad to create an art festival, "Chang Kai Art Realm - 2022 Changhua Walking Arts Festival," in Lukang, featuring art installations, art workshops, and walking tours around the town. The festival is centered around the theme of "Environment-Objects-Art-Concepts," with 10 art installations that draw on the town's rich history, historic buildings, and cultural alleys. In addition, 16 art workshops will be held where artists and local craftspeople will explore new art forms and traditional techniques. Furthermore, eight routes with 16 walking tours guided by cultural historians and experts have been planned. There will also be a stamp collection activity with prizes during the festival. The Changhua County Government hopes to convey a new cultural identity for Changhua through the language of culture and art.
