Xiamen Zhongjiao Guomao Luyuan

In terms of this project, it is by virtue of the landscape construction of "one axis, one core and multiple parks", which altogether merges six life scenes provided for all-aging populations, coupled with the regional culture of Xiamen, the design elements of the sea and islands, as well as the tenderness and healing effect of the sea, delivering cozy yet ambient community life to every precious resident.

The entrance is dotted with the exquisite door head and symmetrically planted green pine, highlighting the premium quality and nobility of the project.

Stepping in, you will see the road meanders along the main axis, forming a transparent perspective. The five-level elevation steps cleverly resolve the height difference of the site, and the dropping water on both sides of the steps rushes toward the reef resembling a wave of tide. The seeming clarion of the vast ocean silently consoles and soothes the people.

Walking through the lobby, you will be greeted by a mirrored water landscape, in which the symmetrical tree and pond on both sides seem to come from afar alongside the waves, after which they exist only tranquility and peace, with the sea breeze embracing cozily and easily.

On the way home, we adopt enriched layers of plants to create a colorful yet diversified natural world, so that residents are capable of keeping the hustle and bustle of the outside world at bay and embrace such a cozy and versatile life in nature.

The waterfront parlor at the end of the water landscape is a sophisticated and ceremonial social space, where, in the light of water and swaying in the shade of trees, a relaxed and cozy space atmosphere is given off.

The sunken open lawn creates unlimited comfort in a limited space. Walking down the stairs and romping with family and friends on the lawn, the tension within the mind will meander resembling a ripple.

In the children's area, submarines under the sea are surfacing with mysterious treasures, looking forward to carrying their friends on an underwater adventure.
