Jiu Feng Yue

Located at the intersection of Linyin Road and Olympic Avenue in Xi 'an Port District, the project is positioned as a high-end living area and key development area of Xi’an City. It is about 10km to Xi 'an North Railway Station and about 30 minutes to Xi 'an Xianyang International Airport. The exhibition center is placed on the west side of the site, leaving spaces away from the main road, and creating conditions for a front square. The building with opening posture is oriented towards the flow line, which has a strong indication and provides potential visitors. In addition, the integrated design of the urban landscape belt on the west side is used to create a downtown life show.



The project has several processing methods in shaping the space. Firstly, through the entrance guide, visitors are introduced to the very distinctive front landscape space. Overlapping water features and boutique trees connect the whole area, making people explore deeper into the interior space while being immersed in the water feature. Secondly, through the separation of the architectural volume, combined with the glass curtain wall and curved lines, the building is transparent, modern, fashionable and eye-catching, presenting a quiet and convenient modern place in the noisy city. Thirdly, through the use of materials, the building is blurred, so as to achieve the "hidden" effect. The use of large area of glass makes it integrated with the surrounding environment, the combination of stone, and the change of light and shadow between metal and glass, highlighting the lightness and unbounded architecture.



The facade design draws inspiration from modern aesthetics, mainly uses simple and modern expression techniques to build a living art show hidden in the downtown area. Simple lines intersperse to form the horizontal and longitudinal relationship on the facade. A large area of glass curtain wall with grey, white stone and champagne gold aluminum plate highlights the sense of future science and technology.
