Park Avenue HK - Modern Lux

This project is a 1000-square-foot apartment located on Park Avenue, Hong Kong. Many homeowners love the warmth and coziness that wood offers, but having too much wood can make an apartment look old and dull. By using various shades of brown with other earth tones and mixing different textures. Huge windows bring abundant natural light and fresh air into the house. We turned a 1,000-sq. ft. space into a comfy and resort-like living space for a family of four.

One of the inspirations for the apartment’s design is the family’s passion for reading. We opted for a simple design, so as to be able to incorporate various books, and also let a unique and chic cabinet shine. To maximize space in the children’s bedroom, we custom-designed a bunk bed. Mix & Cross wood pole with stairs features quirky miniature desks that let children enjoy life with fun.
