Kaine Tower

This building is a modernist-style office tower that combines office and commercial space, offering 30,957 square meters of flexible high-end office space and 3,720 square meters of commercial space. Located in a prime location and considering the characteristics of the site and its surroundings, it has become a dynamic center for the surrounding area's development.

The 150-meter-tall super high-rise body is divided into three segments, creating an upward trend and a streamlined appearance. The main body features horizontal lines that are elegant and light, harmoniously balanced in contrast. It boasts a 360-degree active street facade, allowing people to enjoy the beautiful view of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou from the building itself.

In terms of color, the main body uses deep gray, while the window sill walls and other parts are reinforced with deep brown. The bottom suspended floors and top components use the same color tone, appropriately enhancing the line shape and emphasizing the overall stability, complemented by dark aluminum alloy window frames, presenting a delicate and elegant overall color scheme.

The office tower provides flexible high-end office space, with a structural height of approximately 150 meters, adopting a frame-core tube structure. The seismic resistance levels of both the tube and frame are level two, while the street-level commercial area uses a frame structure with a seismic resistance level of level four. The commercial area includes boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities, providing convenience for office workers.

The design concept of this building is minimalism, with a simple and generous appearance and flexible and variable spaces that present an elegant temperament. Its bright and spacious floor-to-ceiling glass makes the building itself an excellent viewing point for the Qiantang River skyline, redefining the city's skyline.
