East River NO.1

The design of this project follows a modern approach to design, and is dedicated to the creation of a charming, super five-star, homelike habitat near the river.

The design concept starts from the core of the city and is based on the blue and green diamonds. The concept of diamonds is linearised and flattened, combining its composition with the form of the building lines, in the form of a diamond necklace, which is interpreted and applied to landscape elements such as paving, water features, greenery and small structures through modern techniques.

The project is divided into two main areas: the commercial plaza and the rooftop garden, creating three major highlights: the infinity pool landscape, the sparkling magical lights and the humanistic and leisurely commercial plaza. The project is likened to a shining star in the city - the "diamond". The unique diamond shape and the bright and magical lighting create a focal point belonging to the city, enabling residents to feel the unique charm of the city.
