Based on traditional Chinese aesthetics and modern Chinese style, Central Mansion provides ideal residences and Chinese garden catering to Chinese people. The site is endowed with the cultural quintessence by integrating the Lingnan cultural elements with the features of Eight Scenes in Dongguan City. Black mountain rocks in different shapes, clouds and water surrounding the space, and beautiful light and shadows display a story-telling, poetic garden scene that embodies the traditional Chinese philosophy. The design highlights traditional Chinese etiquette and Genius Loc, customizes a five-entry space sequence to create a unique homecoming experience. The homecoming route starts from the main entrance, and then leads to the "atrium", the garden, the "hall" and finally the residences, which echoes with Chinese etiquette.



The solemn main entrance and the tall Himalayan pine carry rich cultural connotations, and represent the image of the upscale residential development. The international, fashionable facades show upscale texture, high quality and a sense of luxury. Double-layer low-e glass is selected, which are two times more expensive than normal glass. Gruus door and window systems, featuring better sound insulation, noise reduction, heat insulation, energy saving and waterproofing performances, provide better views and security and its ultra-high 47% window-to-floor area ratio brings natural sunlight indoors at 270 degrees. All these provide dwellers high-quality living experiences. The exterior walls are finished with multi-layer coatings, including special primer, luminous paint and low-pollution translucent water-based paint, which are aesthetic and practical.



An up-market club covering a total area of 1,100㎡is built with tea room, private banquet hall, hall for Chinese culture learning, constant-temperature swimming pool and gym. This club is functioned as an entertainment and reception space, offering rooms for private conversation and bringing immeasurable commercial and social values.
