ZA · Andrews & George Building, formerly known as Andrews & George Building, is now a brand new office building that retains the facade of the original building from 1-3F.
The interior design respects the site conditions of the century-old Bund source where ZA · Andrews & George Building is located, and combines the client's attributes of technology + finance, proposing the design concept of "recreating the style, inheriting the classics, innovating technology, and being flexible and efficient" to create a flexible and warm office space that shows the interplay of the Bund's historical style and future technology.
