The project is located in Wujiaba, Guandu District, which is new core area of Kunming city development. Due to limitation of the site, the design focuses on solving technical problems such as fire climbing site and height difference. Under existing conditions, with emphasis on "terrain shaping", the landscape is rationally planned to bring community space experience with dual attributes of travel and fun, and to carry big future with a small site. The plot adopts central cluster landscape layout to maximize use of space. At the same time, wind and rain corridors and overhead floors are effectively linked to create a continuous and effective community experience space at a low cost. Wind and rain corridors are set to connect the overhead floors to reduce impact of various weather on travel and play. At the same time, the corridor is combined with children's field, which makes space transition natural and increases fun of the children's field. The overhead floor of the building is transformed into a completely closed exchange place for the elderly, children and youth, forming a warm community atmosphere. The project starts from essence of life and uses limited space in multiple dimensions, creating ultimate elegant landscape space, forming natural, free, open and co-created energy field, interpreting a contemporary exploration of the future community.
