Xi'an Ziwei Xinyue Mansion Sales Center

Xinyuefu Oriental Mansion Sales Center is located in Xixian New Area, Xi’an Province. The project takes simplicity, plainness, purity, and aesthetic pleasure as its core when incorporating local cultural characteristics, aiming to build a modern life aesthetics pavilion.
This project follows the design idea of modernism. Two cuboid spaces connected via a passage, as the main body, are subtly designed to create a optical illusion of overlapping. Such a design leaves enough room for an open-air balcony, so as to maximize natural light into the ground floor through the skylights, effortlessly fusing the interior decor with the nature outside. The well-thought-out functional zoning realizes a smooth traffic flow, whereby users can explore the project from the shallower to the deeper.
The passage, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows of the project bring in more natural light for a rich play of light and shadow, whose combination with diverse materials including terrazzo, sintered stone, metal and marble gives an visually layered experience and contributes to aesthetic pleasure.
