Adapt to the Various Needs of All Generations.

As a residence for a three-generation family, this place is filled with the interactions between the owner and family members, the healthy growth of children, and the later years of the grandparents. The designer hopes that the “home” will be able to reflect the owner’s reserved demean-our and elegant cultivation by doing all possible to suit the aesthetic needs of every age group.

Enlarge the Storage Space.

Taking into account living habits of different age groups, designers partitioned and combined living room walls using natural wood elements into block-like sections. Indoor background is kept simple and furniture decoration enriches space and enhances its aesthetic appeal. Grid storage area meets storage needs, and wall-mounted door hides audio-visual system, making surface clean and tidy.

Create a Living Atmosphere.

Soft furnishings with a chessboard matrix-style carpet complement accessories. Different block surface arrangements optimize outside window view, resulting in pleasing interaction between interior and surrounding natural beauty. Quality furnishings like Poliform and FLEXFORM enhance overall visual hierarchy, and vibrant colors soften sharp edges. A bright Terzani metal lamp hangs above eating area.

Humanized Design that Fits the Needs of The Family.

The functional concept of residence design is a “companion space for growth”, where each family member retains freedom and individuality in their room, allowing them to “be at home in their own spaces”.The kitchen bar is connected to the study, making it convenient for him to enjoy his collection of red wine. The children’s room offers a sizable play area, and its features may be changed without needing to redecorate repeatedly to accommodate the child’s various growth phases. The designer chose twin beds in the grandparents’ room and also allowed ample space for future care, taking into account the grandparents’ demand for separate rest space in their latter years.
