Shanghai Longfor Glory of Thrones

In Year 2023, Longfor Group and UCGD Architects have joined hands to complete the TOP level product, which is this project, Shanghai Longfor Glory of Thrones. This project mainly focuses on the quality and style of housing, attempting to play the brand power of a large corporation in Shanghai, which is a metropolitan city and an advantageous location for chasing life of high quality.



The site is located in Songjiang New Town, Shanghai, close to Guangfulin Road Metro Station, so it has good transportation resources. At the same time, the site is surrounded by complete facilities, including Songjiang's first INCITY (a chained commercial plaza). Together with the rich landscape resources in the surrounding such as botanical gardens and tourist resorts, the whole site enjoys the benefits of its geographical location.



The demonstration area is located at the southeast corner of the site, near the main road People's North Road on the east side, with convenient transportation and accessibility, thus becoming the signifying building of the whole site.



The facade of the sales office echoes that of the residence. Modern textures and materials in public building quality control the details of the facade. The streamlined edges are superbly crafted, presenting a texture of force and beauty. The designers selected gilt orange color aluminum plate to break the coldness of stone and create a warm visual sensation, marking the distinguished taste of Shanghai Longfor Glory of Thrones.



The flow of the curve of the sales office facade emphasizes the relationship between the corner glass and the street corner. The canopy creates a sense of prestige at the entrance, and the exquisite landscape holds up the floating sense of the second-floor glass.
