Storm Mecha is a professional outdoor jacket developed by ANTA. Tailored for outdoor enthusiasts' needs and integrated with ANTA's DNA — "high-tech for superior quality", this product blazes a trail in the outdoor clothing sector, and makes up for the functional deficiency in the Asian outdoor clothing sector.
The poor functionality and uncomfortable wearing experiences provided by the like products always let outdoor enthusiasts down. To solve these problems, AEROVENT, a highly waterproof and breathable fabric jointly developed by ANTA and Donghua University, has been applied on the Storm Mecha, effectively leveraging high-tech power to overcome the barriers in fabric upgrading. The 3rd-generation ePTFE membrane used in the fabric boasts exceptional waterproofness, which can withstand storms and other extreme weather. With micro-nano scale pores and a high pore density of 80%, the unique microporous structure on the surface can instantly vent out wearers' sweat vapor, working continuously to ensure a dry, crisp, and comfortable wearing experience. Thanks to the application of the 3rd-generation ePTFE, the Storm Mecha can strike an optimal balance between clothing comfort and performance in severe weather conditions.
As the outdoor lifestyle gains popularity, the overall styling is approached creatively and holistically with a focus on wearers' needs in different scenarios. Not only is it ergonomically designed based on the anthropometric measurements and body movement data of Asians, but it also incorporates ANTA's years of experience in the sportswear sector. The result is a well-balanced combo of tailored-fit comfort and aesthetic appeal, which is suitable for outdoor sports and can cover many other scenarios.
More specially, its styling is integrated with multiple Chinese elements, incisively demonstrating the profound cultural background of ANTA as a Chinese brand. The whole jacket is dominated by Chinese red, with some pops of black. Meanwhile, the sleeve badge is hot stamped with "China" in three-dimensional Chinese characters, and further graced by the pattern of soaring tides (inspired by the tidal bore, a peculiar attraction of Qiantang River in Hangzhou, the host city of the 19th Asian Games), making for a unique Oriental charm.
