City Property Insight Data Platform

A City Real Estate Spatio-Temporal Data Platform has filled the gap in China by providing comprehensive coverage of cities nationwide, unified data standards, and a technology platform based on a Geographic Information System (GIS) for foundational property data. It is the first of its kind in China, offering a technical solution for data collection, processing, modeling, and application in the field of real estate, resolving the challenges of inconsistent data standards across different cities, industries, and departments. It enables the integration of diverse and heterogeneous property data from multiple sources, serving as a foundational spatio-temporal data infrastructure for smart cities and the digital transformation of China.



In terms of data coverage, the company is the only one in China that obtains nationwide real property data through on-site building surveys. The platform covers 31 provinces, 337 prefecture-level cities, over 1,500 counties, 1.24 million housing estates, 7.08 million buildings, 193 million housing units, 274 million address data points, and GIS spatial data. The building data is accurately aligned with satellite imagery projections to ensure the authenticity and completeness of the data.



Regarding unified data standards, the platform is built and maintained based on unified national standards for property data, market data, data processing and updates in the real estate industry, as well as standards for bulk property valuation. It has created a real estate data ecosystem that encompasses government departments (such as housing, taxation, public security, judicial affairs, and provident fund), financial institutions.
