A community created by collecting built-in garages

Designed with safety in mind, paying attention to the "location of the entrance" and "arrangement of the parking lot" in housing for sale in the city center in the city center. The entrance and built-in garage are placed next to each other so as to surround the agreement road managed by four households. We designed a community space where residents can naturally interact with each other.At a time when the dilution of the community is seen as a problem, in order to realize a community space where natural exchanges occur, it was necessary to gather the entrances of the four households in the center of the residential subdivision and change the flow of life. To that end, we provided the land for each dwelling unit and established an easement to realize a road with a width of 5m that can be used by four households on a daily basis. In addition, by changing the arrangement of the parking lot to the approach from the agreement road, we were able to secure a green space at the entrance of the subdivision and within the agreement road. Furthermore, in order to make effective use of the car space regardless of the car ownership status, all residences have built-in garages to protect not only cars but also bicycles and motorcycles from rain and hail. The built-in garage encloses the agreement road in a U-shape and becomes a safe playground for children when there are no cars. In addition, the entrance was designed with the built-in garage in mind so that exchanges with neighbors would naturally occur.
