Dealing with a client from financial technology service company, the design team hoped that the new office will have a refreshing, rich and consistent color schemes and also excellent onsite lighting conditions to present a high-quality environment, and use large-scale mural creations to enhance the aesthetics of the space and express the brand image with energy and vitality; an open configuration with no gap between each department and the staffs, providing a relaxing comfortable space scale, while at the same time trying to meet the needs of frequent discussion and communication of the teams, and more emphasis on the cohesiveness of business cooperation. In addition, the working system must meet the special characteristic of dispatch and deployment at any time, so only three necessary compartments are private, and the remaining office seats are in fully open configuration.

In response to the functional needs of the client, the design team created a unique concept that emphasizes inter-department interaction and communication function, and has more flexibility in space usage and function compare to common office. Among it, interior with overlapping circulation is used; in addition, open elevated stage area that can accommodate dozens of people also has been added, which makes the company more convenient to do educational training, lectures, and meetings; unlike in the past that the client needed to rent a space outside the office. In order to facilitate intensive discussions and exchange between departments, flexible furniture configurations such as independent table system, whiteboards with wheels, and movable island conference tables are used to support its emphasis on open communication and collaboration, and to encourage innovation and create a working culture. At the same time, with the combination of low saturation and high contrast color combinations, and the image wallpaper, the theme of “passion and vitality in the jungle of digital technology” is shaped.
