Tam Tam Pent House

Tam Tam Pent House was designed with meticulous attention to detail for the owners, a couple fascinated by the night sky. Located 170 meters above the city, the sanctuary is bathed in the light of the night sky, amplified by strategically placed custom chandeliers. Each step of the staircase is adorned with Swarovski crystals to accentuate its opulence. Both walls of the staircase reflect the night view from the windows, creating an ethereal glow that blends the light of the house and the glow of the night view, making the space seem larger.
In this residence we balanced the homeowner's preferences with the building's topographical constraints. Before the renovation, the blinds in the living room had to be closed due to the intense sunlight. However, by installing automatic blinds, the Quality of Life was improved and the indoor temperature was adjusted for a more comfortable living environment. The homeowner can enjoy the space with natural light and at the same time relax in the living room in the best condition at any time through comfortable temperature control.
The living room, the heart of the house, comes alive against the nightscape. A TV with automatic storage and a hexagonal table are key elements. Surrounding the digital campfire that emerges from the center of the table provides a special experience of being soothed by the light of the flames above the metropolis. By creating a space where a homeowner couple, who loves to drink, can gather around a campfire with friends over drinks, the warmth and connection between people is enhanced.
