This set consists of cutting tools(bone chopper & kitchen knife & chef knife & fruit knife & kitchen scissors & sharpener) and a knife holder(to store and clean knives), which can meet all cutting needs when preparing ingredients. This set helps protect user health and provides friendly solutions for the kitchen.

These knives made of 1.4116 high-carbon stainless steel plates imported from Germany are forged through multi technologies and traditional processes (1050 ℃high-temperature quenching& -180 ℃ low-temperature ice forging) to be sturdy and durable. 15 ° bevel edging technology makes them exquisitely sharp. The black blade face is treated through self-developed BO oxidation antirust technology, being baked at a high temperature of 280 ℃ to form a black protective film, thus ensuring better rust resistance. The blade also adds silver ions to build an OPD antibacterial layer. After antibacterial experiments and 48-hour heavy salt spray environment (mock humid kitchen) testing, this set’s antibacterial rate reaches up to 99.9%.

In structure, the knife handle adopts an ergonomic design to make the knife easy to hold. A thumb groove is designed on the cast steel connector of the blade handle to guide the user to place his thumb and enhance friction, making the knife cozy to hold and not easy to slip.

The detachable knife holder includes three parts(knife holder groove, holder base cavity structure, and chassis) that can be removed for easier washing. The knife holder groove uses wavy lines to partition the knife placing areas while preventing those knives from slipping. The base has a pop-up water collection box, which collects water dripped from those knives and is easy to clean to keep knives hygienic.
