A city with a courtyard where private and public coexist

An 11-minute walk from the station, 4 sections of the north road consisting of 2 sections of shaped land and 2 sections of flagpole land. A courtyard was created in the center of the city by aggregating part of each residential area. We aimed to create a town where each dwelling unit can feel the four seasons by providing a space that deepens interaction between residents while ensuring privacy.
