Chengdu Luxelakes Eco-City A6 Commercial Parcel

Chengdu Luxelakes Eco-City is a new city area that is built upon ecological resources, integrating residential, industrial, and recreational facilities. Located on both sides of Tianfu Avenue in Chengdu, it serves as a prominent ecological demonstration area within the Tianfu New Area. This project is a collaborative effort involving nearly 50 design agencies and over 100 designers. Comprising headquarters economy, creative industries (including tourism), and comprehensive commercial services, it is renowned as one of the "Four Premier Real Estate Developments of China." The project's design scope includes the commercial public areas of Buildings 1-8 in Cluster A6, as well as underground parking and two apartment complexes. The total area of the commercial public areas in Buildings 1-8 is 8,842.5 square meters, while the combined area of the underground parking and the two apartment complexes is 84,700 square meters.



The A6 commercial parcel represents a significant upgrade to the Luhu commercial district, aiming to match and fulfill the ever-changing trends in commerce and consumer preferences. It seeks to cater to the multifunctional lifestyle of the community and meet the higher-level demands of consumers. Considering the diverse range of the project's design scope, as well as the considerable north-south span of the two areas, the interior design adopts a progressive approach of incorporating "one step, one scene" architectural techniques. This approach unifies and connects various spaces, thereby creating a completely new definition of a commercial, ecological, and leisure hub within Luhu.
