SHINING ACADEMY(新华·星耀学府）

The project is located in Shushan District, Hefei City. The east side of the site is Fangxing Avenue, and the west side of the site is planned to build Hefei No.8 Middle Canal New City campus with complete supporting facilities.

We designed the unique IP Phantom, Star Rabbit, and successively created a street-facing interface for the concept of landscape design, constructing a new type of city-friendly living block, and becoming a new carrier of the ideal life for people in this city.

The landscape creates a future commercial district. It is a space for coffee, reading, flower art and recreation downstairs, which contains the future life atmosphere of modern urban humanistic feelings and street fireworks.

All Spaces are combined with the phantom Rabbit IP image sculptures to form the linkage of memories and scenes. Staying in different corners, people will have a strong sense of site identity, The sculpture presents the owner with changes in scenery in different ways.

It is a Grey-space in which the public and private spheres are transformed, an exchange area between the outside world and the community, commercial and residential, and the beginning of belonging and tranquility.
