Based on the strategic kernel of three new concepts, this project puts its designing concept of “MIX LAND” into practice. The overall space is created and demonstrated through three modules, the first IN GALLERY (the first impression of the project with a new international image), the second IN PARK (generating a soothing atmosphere for negotiations in a new ideal approach), and the third IN WORK (presenting the office space with new quality).
Therefore, the design team creates visual attractive points by means of disentangling the spatial form, optimizing the floor plans, closely followed the situation of movement, and smoothly showcases user experience with the exquisite conception of the overall plan in combination with the building foundation. Meanwhile, in terms of customer groups, we draw a target portrait with internationalization-oriented and brand value-oriented objections, breaking through the new height of branded office space. It is hoped that in this design, different functions are able to be exquisitely reflected in the space as well as integrated into brand value, and a benchmark exhibition area that features as diversified convergence of commerce, residence and office is promoted, in anticipation of offering customers not just the experience of the marketing center, but also a new place that demonstrates the high office efficiency of CR.
In the area of the sand table, combined with corrugated aluminum plate, the ceiling renders a visual feast of floating island on the sea with the metal material serving as a foil to the sand table. On the exhibition of the regional map, the breakthrough of innovative methods establishes a comfortable and natural display platform, and the LED electronic screen plays the brand logo relevant to China Resources, promoting the style of international elite office personnel in a minimalist space form.
In lights of overall presentation, with high-quality warm colors, highlights of modularized ceiling as well as metal-like wood components, it builds a more accurate and forward-looking image for international-level quality.
