Nantong Vanke Times Light Marketing Center

Located in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, this project is a marketing center designed for Vanke Times Light. The design team, with “futurism” as the theme, has adopted modular container buildings to create a scenario where users can experience the lifestyle of upcoming Vanke Times Light, aiming to provide users a unique spatial experience.
As an open-to-public landmark on the street corner, the project not only inherits functions of traditional marketing centers, but also can become a cafe, a gym, a library, and a garden when boasting multiple kids’ play zones of various themes, whereby people in it will truly feel the vitality of the entire space from the inside out. The facades of the prefabricated container buildings are designed with sharp, clear lines and clean, simple colors to highlight a modern, fashionable, industrial style. Different from conventional buildings focusing on vertical and horizontal dimensions, the buildings in this project shape like winding mountains to give a futuristic feeling, which echoes the surrounding landscape to offer an visually layered experience. The vertical landscape, including the lawns, the trees and green plants used to decorate the facades, form a distinctive spiritual fortress. The gray space applied adds a sense of liveliness, and subtly links architecture, field and people.
The production and processing of modular, integrated containers in factories, the site operation, and municipal landscape construction, can be simultaneously conducted to save time, thereby contributing to real estate sales as early as possible.
