By integrating the iconic elements of the famous academy into design, this project presents an old yet new atmosphere. To put it another way, the eastern aesthetics is interpreted in modern terms, breaking the conventions of traditional architecture. Therefore, each time you step forth, something different comes into sight.

A pine stands at the entrance, greeting you and reminding you of the pine grove in the foregoing academy.

Turn around and you will find the “Floating City Gallery” project extending nearly as far as the eye can see. A giant sculpture of the same name imitates the academy complex, unleashing the interplay between local culture and modern art. Indeed, you can seldom find such a great wonder anywhere else. Life is so real here, yet so surreal.

Walk through the Veranda, Watery Path, Eventide Pavilion and Reclusive Nook before reaching the stand table. A large bamboo art installation “Breeze” hangs over the table like clouds or waves being wafted by a breeze. Actually, it entails a folk artist’s months-long effort.

At the end of your vision lies a large circular staircase towards the second story. The bottom of the staircase is home to steps over gurgling water. Standing on the staircase can give you a breathtaking panorama of the space.

The negotiation zone at the second story is named “Royal Studio.” With an open layout and a well-lighted bookshelf, this zone would be an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Overall, our aim is to bring you a fascinating experience where there is little or no commercial apathy. In this way, you may blend into the warm space or the underlying culture. We have striven for this goal because it matters most to our housing design.
