Meanwhile, as patrons anticipate their culinary delights, the remains of bones and nerves continue to support the marine life, sustaining them beneath the waves. The contemplation arises: Is this time-honored ritual to be preserved, or is it time to reconsider the celebration of Sashimi? This gastronomic ritual, from a detached standpoint, has been deemed by some as distressingly harsh, prompting an inquiry into its ethical implications.

The poignant scene recalls scenes from the documentary "The Cove," where the camera captures the harrowing slaughter of dolphins, a grisly parallel that unfurls in Japan.
