SAIC Asset Henan Headquarters Base Project

The project is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China, with a total construction area of about 130,000 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of about 100,000 square meters (27,000 square meters of commercial and 73,000 square meters of office) and an underground construction surface of about 30,000 square meters.
The project consists of two 100-meter office towers surrounded by a commercial podium to form a compact and efficient layout of "one heart and one ring". "One heart": a large central garden is formed in the limited space of the site by retreating from the platform, a café and a light bar combined with the garden greenery to form a rich leisure space, and the leisure steps in the center of the garden can be used by the office crowd to take a break and communicate; "A ring": the second and third floors of the podium are equipped with a corridor ring, the commercial ring has a clear line of movement, good accessibility of stores, from the external podium to the tower inside the line of movement of the interspersed space is rich and high utilization rate; the north, east and south entrances into the project are set up directly to the second floor and the ground floor of the escalator, fourth floor is a purposeful consumption floor with direct elevator access, and the flow of people on all floors is good; the lobby entrances of the two office towers are set up on the north side and the south side to avoid the commercial line of the movement, independent and can allow the guests to travel by car to get off the car and enter the direct.
