This project is located in the Guanlan Golf Villa Area in Shenzhen, situated in a spacious and beautiful golf landscape. The owner of the house is working in the telecommunication industry and has a hobby of painting and collecting famous paintings in his spare time, he has achieved a great success in the field of oil painting as well as a wide range of hobbies and interests. The design of this private residence is created with the owner's preferences and needs, where the design team adds a lot of fun and creativity to the details.

The design of the residence is based on "Composition in Red, Blue, and Yellow“ by Mondrian, using a large amount of art paint, breaking up the original large area of plain colors, cleverly presenting the accent colors in a highly saturated form, and using the simple language of dots, lines and surfaces, together with the owner's collection of works to create a rich spatial outlook, constructing a sense of unparalleled sophistication.
