This particular project pertains to the design of a housing unit, which has only been partially finished. In order to cater to the preferences and living habits of the occupants, a subjective approach has been taken. However, it has been equally important to address any pre-existing space-related issues, such as low beams, columns, movement lines, and layout. By incorporating an open layout, double ceilings, wall integration, and other strategic planning methods, the designers have been able to create a comfortable and stress-free activity area for the residents. Furthermore, the use of warm colors, textures, and soft lighting has added an elegant touch to the space.
The shared living space boasts a welcoming and airy layout, illuminated by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the area with natural light. To facilitate the owner's penchant for entertaining, the designer has thoughtfully incorporated multiple seating arrangements to easily accommodate large groups of guests. The kitchen has been designed as a separate space to contain cooking odors and prevent them from permeating throughout the living area. Moving to the office area, the designer has opted for a dark brown wood tone, which imparts a calm and peaceful ambiance, perfect for enhancing concentration. Finally, entering the master bedroom, the walls feature an array of molding bandage designs, lending a sense of visual intrigue and imbuing the space with a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for a peaceful and restful sleep experience.
In order to craft a refined and sophisticated living space, the designer employed an overarching color palette that exudes elegance. To further elevate the aesthetic, they incorporated luxurious materials such as marble, tea mirror, diamond mirror, titanium plating, and crystal lamps. Not only does this design enhance the functionality and visual appeal of the space, but it also places a strong emphasis on environmental conservation. The spatial layout was thoughtfully planned to ensure that every area had access to natural light through external windows, thereby minimizing the need for artificial lighting during the daytime. Moreover, energy-efficient LED lighting was installed throughout the room, leading to significant reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions.
