LUXERIVERS · Joy Commune is located in the Yuelai section, which is the core hub of Liangjiang New Area in Chongqing. Nestled in mountains and hidden in river mist, the hills, rivers, cliff valleys, and riverbanks all together interweave to form the unique beauty of mountain city. The people living here also carry a personality that is free and easy.

The construction area of the site is approximately 22315 square meters, which is a small and refined cluster. The designer follows the concept of "adapting to local conditions" and makes use of the architectural layout to create an S-shaped landscape layout, presenting a rich level of landscape spaces and creating an interactive immersive community landscape that is youthful and themed.

The land provides the designer with the most primitive inspiration. And the mission of landscape is to design space according to the characteristics of the site, and to reshape the site, the landscape space and ecological environment that integrate with architecture and land.

Inspired by "setting sail", the exterior facade of the architecture is designed with a sail-like style. Therefore, the landscape is based on the concept of "wind" and runs through the entire site using “wind” as a carrier. The architectural layout is used to create an S-shaped axis plus two large atriums as a landscape spatial structure, forming a small but rich spatial place - thus the diverse forest-style residential area of "One Corridor, One Ring, and Two Atriums" was born, with its unique visual characteristic of "wind" themed landscape, embarking on a journey of breeze and freedom in the country.
