Poly Aixi Lake

Poly Aixi Lake project is located in Qingshan Lake District, east of Aixi Lake South Road, south of Beijing East Road, and west of Aixi Lake West Road. The project is located on the west bank of Aixi Lake, adjacent to the Aixi Lake West Subway Exit of Line 1, and on the north side of the main road, Beijing East Road, the traffic is very convenient; east of Nanchang Ocean Park, Huan Yu Wanxiang Park, Aixi Lake, rich landscape resources.

It is planned to be divided into two districts: the north district is mainly for high-rise residential buildings, with a courtyard on the east side; the south district is an entire courtyard area, with a display centre and a kindergarten set up along the road.

The high-rise area creates a super-large scale landscape garden, and the whole is a parallel arrangement of three rows of towers in the north and south, which opens up the urban space in the east-west direction and extends to Aixi Lake, introducing the lake view into the neighbourhood The courtyard area adopts the layout of the most significant households in the landscape, with 31 courtyards set up along the lakeside to create the largest number of first-line courtyards.
