KANGQIAO JINXIN STARTUP CENTER, ZHENGZHOU

The project is located in Zhengzhou, a city renowned for its rich history and culture, specifically within the Jinshui Science and Education New Town. The Jialu River runs alongside the western side of the site, while the southern part is in close proximity to the Longhu Financial Center and the Longzihu University District. This project boasts a prime location with promising development prospects.
The flowing spaces spiral upwards, creating a sense of floating. To reinforce this anti-gravity feature, we utilized techniques such as landscaping, scaling, material selection, and color treatment. Additionally, we subdued the visibility of certain exposed structures to accentuate the desired effect.
Within the space-time tunnel, the present becomes history, and the past becomes the future. On this land that represents the origins and roots of history, we respond with an attitude of exploring tomorrow, using a dynamic and technology-driven architectural language to narrate the possibilities of a new future in Zhengzhou, a city rich in culture and humanity.
By utilizing the flowing, inclusive, and embracing nature of the Jialu River's water, it gracefully descends from the highest point, bringing people closer to the architecture and infusing the buildings with a fresh sense of vitality and liveliness.
The utilization of exposed concrete showcases a distinctive aesthetic presentation characterized by its strength, cleanliness, and material quality. Adorned with translucent concrete, the building takes on a captivating and ethereal atmosphere as night descends. As the lighting changes, the architectural form also evolves accordingly.
The "garden within a garden" formed by the enclosed architecture instills a serene ambiance. The red corridor that traverses the entire building plays more than a decorative role. It not only guides the flow of people on the roof but also extends the architectural tension, bridging open and enclosed areas, and serving as a space for the public to unwind and enjoy leisure activities.
