Taizhou Fengqi Chaoyang

Taizhou Fengqi Chaoyang Project is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, with a total land area of about 103,900 square metres and a plot ratio of ≤2.1. The plan includes the development of high-end residential community, resettlement housing community, commerce, kindergarten, future community scene integrated services and other functions.

Huangyan City is famous for its splendid history and culture of the Song Dynasty, the design shared the vision of integrating the humanistic features of the city. The proposal attempts to integrate the experiences of "Magnificent Song dynasty "and "Modern Temperament", and to achieve an orderly transition of styles and design techniques. Not only Focusing on the internal quality of the community，but also on the continuity and unity of the city's cultural lineage, the project improves the urban spatial relationship of the site through reasonable strategies, integrates diversified scenarios while balancing the experience of the field, and harmonises the stylistic language, exploring a new paradigm for the design of Huangyan's urban community.

The surrounding context is complex and multi-developed. This scheme comes up with an urban design strategy: Establish a new path within the site to make the urban context penetrate into, forming a better circulation between, combining service functions in the context of future community scenarios, to connect the site with the surrounding neighborhoods and transform urban spatial relationships. Based on this, a north-south sequence is formed within the site to better coordinate with the overall urban sequence.
