Mingyue Fanghua District

The project is located in the University Town area of Shapingba District, Chongqing. The traditional community model is dismantled and reconstructed by combining the school district resources and health concept with the community. In the natural texture, the landscape and residence are integrated to build a new community space with close to nature as the core.For the slow life time of life, we reconstructed the natural and healthy lifestyle for the community with the "four life scenes" and write a new chapter of modern human settlement. Based on health values, we created a multi-dimensional health community with full time, all seasons, all ages and five senses, creating a care for the whole life cycle, relying on the scenery of nature and integrating the scene of life, creating a spectacular scene of two gardens, two courts and five hospitals on one axis. It has about 450 meters of central axis landscape, waterfall scenery and theme courtyard... Each scene is unique and ingenious, which builds a beautiful picture of people in the scene and the scene in the painting. We combine nature and artistic life to create an elegant new community for the urban elite.Through the topographic drop, the falling water and the surging spring are combined with the still water surface. At the same time, we use the circular tree pool and the constantly changing water halo circle to merge and dissolve each other to show the sense of interest and variability.

The tree with "unique tree living water" is not only a tree, nor a simple pool, "it" has the function of protecting plants, and can also become a visual focus, which can not only be used as a separate landscape, but also be combined with the water body to form a characteristic landscape.

Here, the people can "perceive nature," read a book and meet a friend, which let spiritual emotions find resonance here.

The interaction and dialogue between internal and external relations can naturally penetrate into the frame, and the people can chat, read and drink tea as if the living room is moved into the nature.
