THE PARAGON

Situated in Beijing's heart, this project is a cornerstone of Chang'an Gold Axis, reflecting a pioneering foray by a premier real estate developer into the next-generation Eastern living paradigm. Comprising exclusively of high-rise residences, it caters to 642 households, spanning 26,793 square meters of land, with the landscape design spanning 20,585 square meters.

Our design ethos embraces the perspective of "strolling through ever-changing scenery," creating abundant outdoor spaces for leisure across generations. The design seamlessly incorporates intelligent amenities, microclimate systems, rainwater collection, and accessibility features, culminating in a holistic blend of functionality, aesthetics, ecology, and intelligence.

Inspired by tradition, our design narrative echoes a modern Eastern Zen essence, encapsulated within the theme "Blending 'Gitanjali's Poetic Grace with Eastern Landscape's Serenity." This thematic fusion evokes poetic imagery, capturing the quintessence of Eastern ambiance while embracing contemporary luxury, resulting in an urban haven.

Since inception, our collaboration with architects and clients has been pivotal in realizing the blueprint's full potential. This synergy sparked the creation of a groundbreaking "One Ring, One Core, Four Courtyards" spatial arrangement, featuring a comprehensive epoxy wellness path, expansive central courtyard, and four distinct courtyards aligning with cardinal directions.

At its heart, the central courtyard commands attention, spanning 129 meters in length and 107 meters in breadth. Its striking "T"-shape hosts a tapestry of natural landscapes, weaving nine unique scenes. From serene mountain-water corridors to enchanting stone bridges, from tranquil forest retreats to captivating rain gardens, this symphony of perspectives invites residents on a poetic journey, marrying luxury and refinement.

The four distinct courtyards draw inspiration from natural mountain-water patterns and harmonious Eastern-Western fusion. Each—the Mountain, Bird, Forest, and Water Courtyards—offers a tailored experience, meticulously optimizing sunlight, breezes, and daily rhythms. These thoughtfully crafted spaces serve diverse functions, from senior fitness and family interaction to playful pet engagement and social gatherings, catering holistically to residents' daily lives.

The resulting high-quality community not only demonstrates that traditional Eastern poetic aesthetics can thrive within a high-rise context but also underscores the seamless coexistence of traditional charm and modern sensibility.
