Cas en Bas Beach Resort is a collection of 90 freehold branded residences managed by Destination by Hyatt. Idyllically located between Cas en Bas beach and two golf courses in the prestigious Cap Estate, it benefits from convenient access to Rodney Bay, the island’s most popular tourist destination.

The resort comprises two modern low-rise apartment buildings bordering a 50m swimming pool, adjacent to the sandy Cabana Beach and Rum shack. The layout has been thoughtfully planned to follow the sun’s trajectory, which passes directly over the pool while shielding the apartments from excessive sunlight.

Interior design partner Kit & Kaboodle is responsible for the design and layout of apartments and public areas, creating elegant interiors that optimise the expansive living and recreational areas.

The concept for the apartments is inspired by hand painted original artworks by renowned local artists, individually commissioned for every space. Vivid splashes of colour allow us to blend in subtle accents throughout the decor, augmented by bespoke hand-crafted rugs from India and high-quality soft furnishings. Sofas, chairs, and even the 3-layer pocket sprung construction of the Super King beds, have all been meticulously designed by Kit & Kaboodle for maximum comfort and durability, using sustainably sourced materials wherever possible.

Polished concrete floors, air-conditioning, generous storage, and premium fittings throughout further enhance the living experience. Full height windows with reflective glass overlooking private balconies are draped in beautiful black-out curtains and sheers, affording residents total privacy.

The importance of effective lighting is evident in the dimmable recessed LED ceiling lights, soft subdued lamps, and dimmable reading lamps.

En-suite bathrooms include elevated WC’s and individual vanities with mixer faucets, illuminated mirrors, and walk-in rainforest showers.

Finally, the placement of Objets d’Art around the interiors provides the final touches to deliver a beautiful sanctuary for every owner of these unique apartments.
