The mall of splendors in Langfang City

The project is located in Langfang High-tech Zone. The project customers focus on the quality families in the main city, seize the urban youth and dig deep into the blue-collar consumption potential of the park. The design team conforms to the trend of urban public green axis, continues urban public space, and forms a complex urban ecological experience space with multiple elements.

Following the urban culture and regional characteristics, the design team created four characteristic atriums: “SPLENDORS FLOWING ATRIUM”, “FASHION SHOW ATRIUM”, “BABY JOY ATRIUM” and “AMUSEMENT PARK ATRIUM”.

“SPLENDORS FLOWING ATRIUM” is the link of the city, creating a resting place for people to connect with the city in the atrium space, balancing the oppressive feeling brought by the depth of the atrium space, and striving to create a scene experience space for the dialogue between the city and people.

“FASHION SHOW ATRIUM” is the visual center, connecting various commercial bodies in the air, and positioned as the city reception room, creating the relationship between "seeing and being seen". Integration and optimization of commercial space, iconic modeling is one of the highlights of the whole project.

“BABY JOY ATRIUM” takes advantage of its sense of curiosity and experience, has a strong pulling force of customers, and drives the cold area of business, which is an indispensable part of experiential business.

“AMUSEMENT PARK ATRIUM” is to simplify the essence of traditional architectural forms, make use of spatial contrast, and create two completely different scene atmospheres and dramatic psychological feelings in one space. The design theme named "Garden Visit" is not only to find answers, but also to find surprises.
